| This course focus on the basic principles of business analysis. There is a strong focus on business process modelling, and the student gets exposure to a multitude of relevant exercises, to give them maximum exposure during the three days. Concepts like the difference between mapping and modelling is addressed in context of how business value should be realised form modelling efforts.
